Our own generous Robyn Whaley is flying out on a Medical Mission to Haiti this week. Robyn spends her time there providing advice and medical care to those who have no access to even basic medical supplies. Robyn and other volunteers load their suitcases with donated toiletries, OTC medication and children’s items then travel into remote regions of the island to share their knowledge and gifts.
If you would like to help, Robyn is looking for donations that you can bring to her by this Wednesday (2/26) so she can pack for her early Friday morning flight. Here are some ideas:
- Over-the-counter Medications – cough & cold medicine, Tylenol or other pain relievers, eye drops, or basically anything else that you can buy from the pharmacy area
- Toiletries – Bars of soap (preferably not liquid), toothbrush & paste, etc.
- Pencils and crayons
- Or, just a few bucks. Robyn flies into the Dominican Republic and loads up on toilet paper and other bigger items that don’t travel well so any cash donations (even just $10) can go a long way!
If you are interested, please give Robyn a call or shoot a text to 712-249-2811 to schedule a drop off. Thank you for your generosity!
