I don’t know about you, but for me, the official start of summer is the last day of school! Luckily the weather has agreed with my ‘calendar’ this year and the water feature at Centennial Park and the Art Dague Pool in Rifle are both open! Here are some other things to do in June:
Friday June 6th – 2nd Annual Rifle Chamber Business Expo at The New Ute Events Center from 12-7pm followed by a live performance by Acoustic Mayhem from 7-9pm. Both events are free!
Saturday June 7th – Open House Realtor Tour at Anna’s house from 10-1. 2534 Fairview Heights. Tell your friends if they are looking for a 3bd 2.5ba home with a large finished yard!
Friday June 20th – Mermaids gather at Robyn’s home for an evening of networking and fun!
Saturday June 21st – First day of summer!
Friday June 27th – Rifle Farmer’s Market from 4-8 downtown Rifle. Mark your calendars for every Friday now through September for arts and crafts, local produce, tasty treats and freshly squeezed lemonade.
Also, mark your calendars for July 11th as Shelley Aibner will be hosting the Mermaid and Barracudas Summer Festival!
If you have anything to add to the June calendar, please email Anna at firstname.lastname@example.org.
